Listening to "Journey On Relaxation" definitely is exactly what it says, just hearing the narrator makes you feel relaxed. I have to say though it is a very interesting exercise, it really puts the phrase "mind over matter" into light, this reminds me of my post on the discussion board about visualizing, if you visualize the blood moving from your abdomen to your shoulders, arms, and hands, it really feels as if its working (you have to concentrate though). Visualizing is an awesome technique for preforming daily activities, but to also visualize relaxation is something I don't normally do, but I will now.

Understanding Spiratual Health.
From the start of unit 1, the class and myself have been reading about Integral Health and how it involves different dimensions, one of which is "Spiritual health". At first, I didn't really understand how to achieve this, but after reading the chapters over and over again, I finally understand, or at least think I do, and it seems so easy now. I believe I can achieve this through helping others reach their goals, or whatever he or she may need help with.
