From the start of unit 1, the class and myself have been reading about Integral Health and how it involves different dimensions, one of which is "Spiritual health". At first, I didn't really understand how to achieve this, but after reading the chapters over and over again, I finally understand, or at least think I do, and it seems so easy now. I believe I can achieve this through helping others reach their goals, or whatever he or she may need help with.

ReplyDeleteThank you!!! If you go to the top right of youre blog page it say's "design" click on that and it gives you different templates,and also gives you the option to upload youre own pictures for that template.
